Welcome to Robin’s Nest Learning Center of Marion (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, website, facilities, or programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Eligibility
Our services are available to children and families who meet enrollment requirements. Parents or legal guardians must complete registration forms, provide required documentation, and agree to all policies before enrollment is confirmed.
2. Services Provided
Robin’s Nest Learning Center offers childcare and educational programs designed to support early learning and development. Specific program details, schedules, and fees may vary and are subject to change.
3. Payment and Fees

Tuition and fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided during enrollment.

Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Attendance and Conduct

Children are expected to attend regularly and arrive on time.

Parents/guardians must follow check-in and check-out procedures.

We reserve the right to dismiss any child or family for behavior that jeopardizes the safety, well-being, or learning environment of others.
5. Health and Safety

Children must meet health requirements, including immunizations, as required by law.

Parents/guardians must notify the center immediately of any contagious illness or medical condition.

For safety reasons, sick children may not attend until cleared according to our health policy.
6. Privacy and Information Handling
We value your privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information will only be used for educational, safety, and administrative purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment, Robin’s Nest Learning Center is not liable for:

Injuries resulting from ordinary play or accidents that occur despite proper supervision.

Personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available upon request and posted in our facility. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Locations
Robins Nest Learning Center offers the largest infant & toddler program in Southern Illinois. Our 2 locations include Carterville and Marion.
