How to Enroll
Join the Nest
Our goal is to provide every child with a caring and positive atmosphere to learn and grow. We provide care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years at our 2 locations in Carterville, Illinois and Marion, Illinois.

Start preparing your little one’s nest by filling out and signing all enrollment forms — including the Contract Agreement (with $75 enrollment fee), Parent Handbook, Policy Agreement, Child Information Packet, and any required state or program forms (Medical, Tuition Express, Food Program, etc.).
Prep for the Nest
Complete Your Enrollment Forms
Schedule a visit to tour the classrooms and meet our teachers. This gives you and your child a chance to see our learning spaces, ask questions, and get a feel for our nurturing environment.
Settle in
Submit & Secure Your Spot
Bring in all completed paperwork, your child’s birth certificate and immunization/shot records, and pay your non-refundable deposit equal to one week’s tuition (which can be divided over five weeks). This deposit will be applied to your last week of tuition with a two-week notice.

Robin's Nest CCAP Overview:
- No deposit
- $25 per week co-pay for 2 weeks until approved
- If still not approved by week 3, private pay rate will be charged.
- Can not back bill past 30 days
- All paperwork must be turned into Robin's Nest, and never to CCR.
